Notice is given this day March 21, 2024 of proposed changes to the club’s Constitution and By-Laws. The purpose is to update the documents to better align the club in order to have our IRS tax status changed from a 501(c)(4) non-proft to a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
Below is a copy of the proposed documents. You can see the current documents by going to the menu section, Club Info -> Constitution.
The proposed changes will be voted on by members present at the club meeting on April 18th, 2024
